"I am really enjoying this course. It is well structured and the instructors are knowledgeable and present the wealth of information in an accessible way. The handouts are of extremely high quality. I feel much more confident in my practice already and look forward to deepening my knowledge in the future. The teaching practice is very helpful also in preparing us to lead classes" - Veronica
"I have really enjoyed my training thus far and feel I've gotten a lot out of the course. It has benefited and deepened my own practice as well as preparing me for teaching. The support given by Tara and the other mentors is great and they have been available and generous with their time throughout" - Sarah
"The teachers are excellent and it has a lovely vibe - not at all intimidating. When I was thinking of doing YTT, I thought I'd encounter very experienced people, way more advanced than I, but the atmosphere in Barefoot is supportive and nurturing. I'd highly recommend it!" - Fiona
"I cannot recommend Barefoot Yoga Dublin enough! I recently enrolled in Barefoot Yoga Studio’s adult yoga teaching course, and it has been an absolutely transformative experience.
The moment I stepped into the studio, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the owners, Olivia and Dermot. Their passion for yoga and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment truly shines through.
The instructors—Paula Flood, Clare Bassett, and Michael McCann—are incredibly talented and bring over 50 years of combined experience in yoga teaching, philosophy, anatomy, and physiology. Their expertise has helped me grow both mentally and physically. Halfway through the course, I’m already feeling confident enough to teach my own class!
I loved it so much that I also signed up for the Kids Yoga Teacher Training, which has been equally fantastic. The support from the teachers is unmatched—they truly care about each student’s journey and growth. If you're looking to deepen your yoga practice and gain the skills to teach, Barefoot Yoga Dublin is the perfect choice." - Laura
