Preparing for Your First Class

We're excited to welcome you to our yoga community. Here's everything you need to know to make your first class comfortable and enjoyable.

  • Timing is Everything: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to change your clothes and familiarise yourself with our welcoming space. This extra time helps you start your practice feeling relaxed and centered.
  • What to Bring: You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. Don't forget a water bottle and small towel for your comfort.
  • Dress Comfortably: Wear light clothing that allows free movement while staying close to your body. Avoid loose clothing that could impede poses.
  • Communication Matters: Inform your teacher about any injuries or health concerns before class begins. They're here to support you and can offer suitable modifications to poses.

Most importantly, come with an open mind, and you'll be amazed at how refreshed and energised you feel after just one class.

Our studio, located at 13 Millbank Business Park Lucan Co. Dublin, is within a short 1km walk from Lucan village. The area is served by buses, or if arriving by car, we have a limited number of visitor parking spaces near our door.
