Practicing yoga in a heated room allows students to work deeper into the tissues, tendons and ligaments, safely leading to improved flexibility, strength and blood circulation, while simultaneously detoxifying the body.

With regular practice and honest effort you can look forward to many additional benefits such as:

  • Supporting weight-loss (you can burn between 400-600 Kcal per class),

Preparing for Your First Hot Yoga Class

We're excited to welcome you to our hot yoga community. Here's everything you need to know to get the most from your first class.

  • Hydrate Well: Drink at least one litre of water before and after your class. Also, avoid eating 2 to 3 hours before a class.
  • Timing is Everything: Arrive early to allow time to change clothing and to familiarise yourself with our welcoming space. Start your practice feeling relaxed and centered.
  • What to Bring: Bring your own mat, some water and a large towel as you will sweat a lot!
  • Dress Comfortably: Wear light clothing that allows free movement. Avoid loose baggy clothing that could impede poses. Shorts and t-shirts are ideal for our hot yoga classes.
  • Communication Matters: Our hot yoga classes are not recommended during pregnancy or for people with high blood pressure. If you have any health concerns or injuries make sure to discuss them with your teacher before your class.
  • Pace Yourself: It’s important to stay till the end of class. If you need a break, sit down and drink some water, you’ll feel better in minutes. Try to do one set of each posture. After a few classes you won’t want to leave.

Our studio, located at 13 Millbank Business Park Lucan Co. Dublin, is within a short walk from Lucan village. The area is served by buses, or if arriving by car, we have a limited number of visitor parking spaces near our door.
