Indre blends Hatha and Vinyasa styles with sound therapy, creating a tranquil space for self-discovery. Prepare to be guided through gentle flows, allowing you to explore stillness and become deeply relaxed. Discover Slow Flow yoga with Leanne who completed her teacher training at Barefoot Yoga Studio in 2020 after discovering her love of yoga with us in 2016. Leanne is also a qualified teacher of Restorative, Nidra and Vinyasa yoga. By day, she is a director at a wealth management firm in Dublin and balances her corporate career with her passion for yoga.Orla McBride
Orla invites her students to explore beyond physical postures, to experience yoga’s transformative effects on body, mind, and soul. With over 600 hours of training completed since 2015, Orla is qualified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Pregnancy yoga, along with Breathwork and Meditation. Pauline aims to make yoga accessible, empowering students to honor their potential and respect their limits. An experienced yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, Pauline combines yoga’s healing power with energy work. Pauline began her own yoga journey in 2010, starting with Bikram style and later embracing Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow having completed training with Paula Mitten and Josh Summers.Karen Murphy
Karen began her yoga journey 24 years ago during her second pregnancy and has since specialised in prenatal and therapeutic yoga and is certified by Yoga Therapy Ireland. Karen’s nurturing approach emphasizes breathwork, relaxation and the use of props for comfort. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space, inspired by years of practice and continuous learning. David Regan has been teaching yoga since 2017, blending dynamic flow with mindfulness. He emphasizes body-breath connection, creating accessible, full-body practices for all levels. David’s training includes 200hr yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and advanced yoga with Michael James Wong. David’s teaching experience spans Dublin and Palestine studios.
