Slow Flow Yoga
Experience the perfect mix of slow blissful movement, deep stretches and relaxation in our popular slow flow class. A great confidence builder for beginners or for yogi’s who want to get back to basics.
With elements of Yin we calm the mind and release the connective tissues, while harnessing Yang elements to shift the energy and strengthen the muscles in sync with the breath. We finish our practice with Yin to create a calm and grounded energy.

Dynamic Flow Yoga
A beautifully balanced combination of mindful breath work and Vinyasa yoga. Begins with an energetic flow, building a steady heat to release excess or stagnant energy in the body.

A gentle yoga class designed to stretch the body, with plenty of time to recharge and unwind. We focus on the present moment, using breath, gentle restorative poses and meditation.
Props and bolsters aid in guiding you through some very restful poses to soothe the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. This class is suitable during pregnancy.

A fusion of yoga and deep abdominal core strengthening movements. In this class, you’ll build up your core strength using proper posture alignment, through demanding yoga flow sequences, building heat from within by connecting breath to movement.

For all levels and all body types, this class is amazing for anyone looking to improve their flexibility. We start out with a warm up, for your joints and muscles, then we work on hamstrings, hip-flexors and hips or back and shoulders.

Spend a morning bonding, stretching, and connecting with other parents in a relaxed, supportive space. This postnatal class gently strengthens and releases tension in areas affected by feeding and carrying your baby.
You’ll also learn relaxation techniques and enjoy plenty of baby engagement throughout. Feed, change, and comfort your baby as needed — crying, laughing, and gurgling are all welcome. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum until your baby is crawling at speed.
Pregnancy Yoga
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant through to birth, these classes offer safe, supportive movement and breathwork for every stage of your pregnancy journey. No previous yoga experience is needed. Each class is tailored to honour your energy levels and support your physical and emotional wellbeing during this transformative time.

Yin Yoga
An incredibly relaxing style of yoga suitable for all body types. The postures are predominantly seated poses and can involve props to support your body into relaxation.
Yin yoga stimulates fascia and opens joints by holding the poses for 3-5 minutes, improving your range of motion and counteracting the tightening of your body’s tissue.

Kids Yoga (4-9yrs)
The benefits of yoga for children are wide-ranging. Through movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, children not only support their physical development but also build confidence, reduce anxiety, and develop emotional resilience.
Our classes for 4–9 year olds are designed to be fun, engaging, and age-appropriate — helping children learn self-kindness, patience, and focus through relevant and playful activities.
Classes take place on Saturdays from 1–2pm and will resume in September. We’re also planning summer camps (potentially in July), so if you'd like to be notified when booking opens, please email us.
